User Flow and User Interface Define for Innovation Service
Chinese new year is the most important festival for taiwanese. In order to welcome the fresh year to come and deepen the connection with our local user, I’ve design a year review page to flash back the milestones we've reached to celebrate this special moment.
1. Observation- Visit the Logistics Company in Taoyuan, Taiwan
2. Shadowing Logistics Current Workflow and Finding Users Needs
3. Use Scenario Method to Co-create the New Workflow with Engineer
4. Use paper prototype to co-create the new workflow with technological person
5. User testing
The New Workflow and Interface
We define the original logistics flow via shadowing. Combining the low-temperature insulation technology I re-designed the new workflow. And using scenario method to co-create with engineer.
In the end, we test the workflow and interface with the real user: logistics man. Then defined the final workflow and interface.
